Does the customer need to install an app?
They do not need a proprietary business app. They must first save the pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and keep the permissions and settings required by their system's location features.
Is the notification always delivered?
No. Apple surfaces a relevant pass; Google can display a nearby notification. The final decision depends on the system, location permissions, user settings and each provider's criteria.
Does Vuelvy know the customer's exact location?
Configuring a relevant location does not mean Vuelvy receives a continuous GPS history. The device and Wallet platform evaluate proximity. We only process technical data or events exposed by the integration and covered by the contract.
Does it work across several stores?
Yes. We design location distribution and pass variants around the retail network and the current Apple Wallet and Google Wallet limits.
