Data processed
We may process name, email, company, website or commercial profile, role, segment, need, approximate volume, timeline, visit source, booking and commercial notes from the interview. We do not request special-category data.
Purposes and legal basis
Data is used to answer the request, prepare and hold the diagnosis, and follow up on that contact. The basis is your request for pre-contractual steps or our legitimate interest in answering it. Periodic marketing requires separate consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.
Recipients and providers
Providers acting as processors or services include Vercel for hosting, the European PostgreSQL provider for storage, Cloudflare for security and Turnstile, Klaviyo for profiles and consented communication, Cal.com for bookings, and Google Analytics only after analytics consent. Any international transfers rely on mechanisms offered by the provider and must be reviewed before launch.
Retention
Inactive enquiries are normally deleted or anonymised 12 months after the last interaction. Contract or letter-of-intent data is kept for applicable legal periods. Marketing consent is stored until withdrawal and for the period needed to demonstrate its management.
Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability by emailing dpo@pixelarisgroup.com and identifying the right. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es.
Decisions and security
Initial lead scoring organises attention but does not create legal effects or automatically prevent booking. We apply minimisation, encryption in transit, access controls, form validation and limited incident logging.
