Wallet Marketing
Loyalty cards, coupons and passes in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. A person with several passes counts once. A campaign sent to 500 passes uses 500 messages.

Email Marketing
Email campaigns with an editor, lists, segments, unsubscribes and scheduling. Each recipient uses one send; a subscribed contact counts once across lists. One verified sending domain per business.

FAQ
Questions about plans
What do the free plans include?
Wallet includes 1 programme, 100 people with a pass and 500 messages per month. Email includes 100 contacts and 250 emails per month, with no expiry or card required. Each channel has separate limits.
How are Wallet messages counted?
Each communication accepted by the provider for a recipient pass uses one message. Operational balance, points or expiry updates do not use campaign messages. Acceptance does not guarantee a visible notification or a read.
What happens when I reach my email limit?
New sends or contacts exceeding capacity are blocked. Reduce your audience, wait for the next monthly send allowance or confirm a higher plan. No automatic overage charges. Email allowances reset on the first of each month at 00:00 UTC and do not roll over.
Can I cancel email at any time?
Email is billed monthly with no minimum term. Cancel renewal in your account and use the service until the paid period ends. You then return to the free plan; operations above its limits are restricted.
Does the subscription include campaign management?
The subscription covers the platform and ordinary usage support. Design, copywriting, consulting, migrations and campaign operations are quoted separately.
